This guide shows how to reset a password on behalf of a user. A user can reset a password without the assistance of an administrator by following this guide How To Reset Your Password

- Click the Admin tab
- Click User Accounts > Staff > Name of Staff Member > Reset Password
- Click the Reset button
- The link that is generated will be emailed to the affected user:
- You can also click this link to set a password for the staff member if needed.
Clicking this button will email a password reset link to the selected staff member's account. The reset password link will also be shown to you below the button so you can set a password on the user's behalf.
