Fixed notice days
This field allows you to set a number of day's notice that must be provided before a user can request a holiday. The User and Admin messages can be set to show text when a holiday is requested without enough day's notice.
Proportional notice days
This field allows you to set a number of proportional day's notice that must be provided before a user can request a holiday. The User and Admin messages can be set to show text when a holiday is requested without enough day's notice.
Cancellation approval
If this checkbox is enabled a users holiday is not immediately canceled on request, it will require approval from their holiday approver to be removed.
Disclaimer
Sets text to be shown on the user's holiday chart this is often set as "This chart does not override your contract of employment."
Personal holiday year
This checkbox sets the user's holiday chart to start from their joining date not the start of the holiday year.
Single holiday year
This checkbox set the holiday pro-rata calculation to be from the start of the holiday year not the users joining date.
Staff Rate Holiday Hours
This checkbox sets the user's holiday value in the timesheet to be calculated from their required hours, not the default value on the system settings page.
