Discounts can be configured to reduce or increase a staff members time selling rate for particular projects or clients. If you would like to create a new discount please follow the "Setting Time Selling Discounts" guide. The guide below will show you how to run a report to see all of the discounts you have created for your clients.
If you are unable to complete any of the steps in this guide please use the Submit a request button in the top right of this page to contact our team for help.
- Click Reports:
- Click Discount Setup from the menu:
- Ensure that Job Title and Client are set to <All>, the From Date is blank, and then click Run:
- All Discount Percentages and the criteria they apply to will be listed in a table as shown below:
Negative discount percentages (premiums) will be shown in brackets, e.g. (5.00) = 5% premium.
