If you have the Tempora holiday add-on you will be able to request a holiday. Below is a guide on how you can request a holiday using this add-on.
If you are unable to complete any of the steps in this guide please use the Submit a request button in the top right of this page to contact our team for help.
- On your time entry page, click on the Holiday button. If this button is grey then you will need to contact your local Tempora administrator for this to be activated.
- Your holiday entitlement and bookings for the selected year will be displayed:
- You can use the Type drop-down box to select the type of holiday you would like to request. You may have multiple options or just one.
- Each day had two boxes one for AM and one for PM. To book a holiday, click on the start date and end date for the holiday. All boxes in between will be shown in blue:
- A message above the grid confirms the booking:
- Click on the Request button to submit your holiday request to your holiday approver
- Once submitted, the holiday booking will show in light green.*
* This may be a different colour depending on the Holiday Type you selected in step 3
- Once approved, you will receive an email notification and the holiday booking will show in dark green.*
