If you have the time approval add-on you can set staff members to have their timesheet approved or rejected before it is committed to the system. The guide below will show you how to set an approver, if you have already done this please check the "Creating A New Time Approval Group" guide to set who they approve.
If you are unable to complete any of the steps in this guide please use the Submit a request button in the top right of this page to contact our team for help.
- Click Admin:
- Click User Accounts > Staff > (Name of Staff Member to set as approver) > Roles > (Name of Company).
- Make sure the following two roles Time Entry Approval Notifications and Time Entry Approver are ticked, and then click Save.
