If you have the Tempora holiday add-on and the team view feature enabled you will be able to see when other staff members are on holiday to make sure requested dates do not overlap. This guide will show you how to access your team view.
If you are unable to complete any of the steps in this guide please use the Submit a request button in the top right of this page to contact our team for help.
- On your time entry page, click on the Holiday button. If this button is grey then you will need to contact your local Tempora administrator for this to be activated.
- Click the Holiday View Button
- You should now see a grid with names and dates, orange cells are days that staff members are on holiday.
- Use the Date calendar menu to select a different date. Please note the holiday view will show four weeks from the start date you select.
- When you are done reviewing holiday dates please click Close
