Product updates included in version 2.70

• The admin page has been updated with new content and links to user guides for key parts of Tempora.
• All admin pages have been updated with a pink help icon. Clicking this icon will take you to a guide for the page. 
• The green help buttons have now been removed excluding the "About this page" user tours. All help functions are now accessed by clicking the help tab.
• Improved about this page user tours to close if you move to a new page while the tour is open
• Updated saved report profiles to remove legacy fields
• Improved the logic that inserts public holidays into user's timesheets.
